Approved customers can sign in on the website or in the DDA Jewels mobile app with the same email and password.
The mobile app stores a bearer token in the device secure store. Sign out in the app to revoke that device. If a phone is lost, contact the showroom and ask for all mobile sessions to be revoked.
If you suspect someone else knows your password, reset it. A successful password change or reset revokes active mobile sessions for that user.
Delete your account directly from this page. Deletion removes app access, revokes web and mobile sessions, removes push tokens, and releases your email and mobile number so you can register again.
Some security, audit, legal, tax, dispute, or fraud-prevention records may be retained where required, but normal account contact data is scrubbed from the active account record.
